RIYADH —  The star power of Al Nassr was on full display in the Saudi Pro League on Sunday as the team secured a dominant 4-1 victory over Al Khaleej, capped by a moment of individual genius from Cristiano Ronaldo.

The 40-year-old Portuguese icon rolled back the years by executing a spectacular overhead bicycle kick in the 96th minute, sending the ball cannoning into the back of the net to seal the win. Ronaldo, who has yet to claim a title in Saudi Arabia, immediately took to X to share the goal with the playful challenge: \”Best caption wins!\”

The victory was a collective effort from the club’s high-profile European imports, underscoring the growing quality of the league.

João Félix, the dazzling Portuguese forward, scored the opening goal.

Sadio Mané, the Senegalese winger, added the third goal to restore Al Nassr’s two-goal cushion after Al Khaleej briefly cut the lead.

A goal from Wesley also contributed to the high-scoring night.

With nine wins from nine matches, Al Nassr sits comfortably atop the league table, holding a four-point advantage over the nearest competition. Their perfect record reflects the squad depth built around the former Real Madrid and Manchester United star, who continues to defy his age with spectacular performances. The team now looks well-positioned to end Ronaldo\’s title drought.
